Not exactly, no.  When plugged into the docking station, the ports on 
the laptop itself are physically inaccessible, but otherwise still 
present.  I also have an issue with the video for X-Windows, it goes to 
the laptop screen (which is closed) rather than the video card in the 
docking station.

Yes on the BIOS.  I will need to check the settings and get back here 
with them.

Unfortunately, only lp0 is configured.  How do you configured lp1, lp2, 
etc.?  I have not been able to find any details on this.

Due to previously mentioned Video card issue, getting at 
http://localhost is not the simplest.  I can log in with ssh -X over the 
local lan, but the lag on the display makes the browsers almost 
completely unusable.  Suggestions are welcome.
