Has anyone here heard of ZTEKnologies, ZTEK, Jason Harris, or JMConsulting?

Apparently all the same thing, they are supposed to be headquartered 
here in Dallas and are claiming to be one of the leading PC tech support 
providers in the country.  They are also supposed to be running a 
network of multiple radio stations around the country but don't show up 
in any FCC files.  I can't seem to locate in business data on them in 
the way of a business license or incorporation papers in Texas.  They 
seem to advertise all over the country, in Baltimore, Philadelphia, 
Boston, Kansas City, Indianapolis and other places.

Something just sounds funny about them, though.
