[NTLUG:Discuss] MythTV sound issue

It has an all-Intel chipset and yes, the audio is onboard. It has what
seems to be a pretty advanced sound output system. For inputs, it seems to
have stereo line in and mono mic.
I am at the office right now or I'd just open the manual to tell you what
make the board is... oops! Spoke too soon. I have a PDF of the manual in
my home dir. it's a Gigabye GA-8I915PL-G.
Since the sound generally works for everything else, I'm sure it's all
about configuring it right. The capture board does seem to capture sound
so I'm guessing there's something to that part I've missed.
