Albert,
I am still having a problem creating a master document, the makes 
everything as a single book.  When I first strated writing, I used MS 
Word, but its definition of a master document flat does not work.  I now 
have the the book in OO format, and it does create a master document, 
but there are a few querks.  Heading size changes and each chapter is 
does not start on a new page.  Bottom line, I need to put work into that 
to collect it together.

To all, I am still open to anyone that wishes to contribute or, if 
willing to put in more effort, become a co-author, for additional 
processes.  At this time, I am starting to focus on the application 
chapters, 11 and above.  If one is reluctant to write, ok, show me how 
to make it work and I will write.
