Since some of the people on discuss are not subscribed to
announce, here is the message I posted about NTLUG's
outage... ...also.. the meeting announcemnt is about
the fact that John Terpstra is going to stop by and
present while he is in town.... John is the author
of the new Samba 3 by Example book (and many other
wonderful things).



Where did we go?

Well, we had a hard drive catch on fire and burn out... yep,
it's a Quantum Fireball!  Anyway, I ebay'd a like drive and
replaced the controller board and everything came back
to life.  Machine/site still need to be redone though... but
I figured getting back online was the primary goal at this
point.  We'll properly swap out HW when we redo the site.

So... we're back!!  Sorry we were gone so long.

Meeting announcement will follow shortly... we have
a very special guest this month (well.. everyone is special..).
