Howdy,
  An Indy, you say.  They are such neat boxes, I am frequently tempted. 
As long as you use the packaged .deb files to install, does it work
pretty well?
  I understand the Indy is about like a fast 486 in performance.  Do you
think that is about right?
  What version of Irix do you need and do you have any budget? I have
seen them on eBay fairly cheap.
