What Netgear ISDN Modem do you have?
I set up a NetGear RT328 ISDN Router that does everything you need. I'd
like to say that you need linux, but you haven't mentioned anything that
the RT328 doesn't already do.
If you have a RT328, you may want to look at what it does more closely.
