Not to steal MadHat's and Chris' thunder, but I also teach Unix courses (basic and
SysAdmin, both on Linux) at Richland College, as well as an upcoming Unix I course
(on Sun) at North Lake College in Irving.
I think the point here is that your best bet for classroom instruction might be
a local college, as opposed to the "for profit" classes.
Of course, I'm making the assumption here that we are all good instructors...I know
I am :)
