Hello,

So what are the differences between Red Hat and Mandrake?

I'm using a similar board with Mandrake 7.2 and Mandrake 8.0. Mandrake
would do you much better than RedHat 7.0. Redhat 7.1 was recently
introduced, and fixed TONS of bugs (with lots more left in). Use RedHat
7.1 if you decide to go with RedHat.

RedHat 6.2 is also a good choice.
