TOPIC      Mobile Wireless Technology

ABSTRACT   This talk will provide an overview of mobile wireless technology,
           it's transition from analog to digital voice, and now to packet
           data.  It will concentrate on the transition to "2.5G" and "3G"
           technologies to provide the audience with a view of where the
           industry is going, the level of performance to be achieved, and
           some of the issues involved.
