[NTLUG:Discuss] Boot-up prob

I was installing (or trying, rather) SuSE 6.3 on my friend's Dual
PII-266 yesterday, and it kept freezing while booting...same spot every
time.

Checking 'hlt' instruction...

It never got to 'OK' after that...what do you think is the prob?  We
tried each processor individually to see if he had a bad one and got the
same result.

Any ideas appreciated!
