[NTLUG:Discuss] Borked LVM volume -- can anyone help?

Finally got some spare time to try this fix...it won't even boot into
failsafe mode!  It just sorta hangs at one point.

I'm in NE Dallas, near Skillman/Audelia.  If anyone can help, I'd be grateful.
