Well.. you'll have your own IP, but you may be going through
their shared smtp... so yes... it's possible to be RBL'd (or
worse) depending on how things are configured (I don't use their mail).

But you have this risk no matter who you choose.

Three years ago I was getting so much spam from rackspace.com that
I blocked their entire netblock range... I sent a note to
them... which was dutifully ignored like 99.9999% of all
mail sent to postmaster/abuse/etc...

I think since then, they may toned things down at rackspace, but
I'll never use them... just because of what happened.
