[NTLUG:Discuss] Getting Linux onto a Sun Netra 105 rackmount.

Uh yea, if it exists. I'm afraid I have done very little research to
date about this server at the moment, I don't know if it was actually
purchased with the LOM installed (wasn't a priority until now).
Our sysadmin (NT type guy) approached me and asked if we could put Linux
on it and use it as a server, originally a mail server but that's been
put off until we get two sets of way overkill hardware to match our
firewall system (Dell rackmount with XENON processor, and yes I told
them that would be a waste of money that was in short supply) and make
them servers. Now we just want a small departmental server for a few
people.
Wish I could be at the meeting tomorrow. Wouldn't you know it that the
first third Saturday I have to go out of town for a Christmas party. :)
Next month I get to try and see if I can figure out how to communicate
with SECS and HSMS. Anyone have some pointers here? :)
