It does have a CDROM.  So I guess I'll have to get a null modem cable,
connect it to my existing Linux server, and remotely start Minicom from
one of the WinNT PCs through PuTTY. :)

It is supposed to have some sort of "Lights out management module" or
something, I haven't read the manuals yet so I'm not sure of what use
that is (out of band remote access?).

I guess if it don't work, I'll just reinstall Solaris and put Samba on
that.
