Greetings,

Try:

https://www.taxact.com

https://www.unt.edu

These two site are https (tcp/443) secure. When going to them with http
(tcp/80) the site responds to Browser with SIP redirect 302 (Moved
Temporary) message. The 302 should redirect you to https. For some reason
the browser is not accepting redirects. By default, most browsers support
redirection.

I post the same problem before but have not solve the problem yet.

Connect to unt.edu got ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error.

Connect to www.taxact.com<http://www.taxact.com> got ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
error.

I have more information provide, hope some one have inputs for me.
