[NTLUG:Discuss] ICS with DHCPD and nameserver

I did a demo at FWLUG last Saturday and it worked.  I could do another and
/ or share config files if anyone is interested.

Basically, it's down and dirty or quick and easy method to bring up and
take down [complete] router functionality on your PC.

If your not interested in the demo, (which is pretty short actually), I can
just share the notes and config files here.  Or I can do both....
