I hope a positive Linux hiring environment holds in the metroplex for
awhile longer. I'm an experienced Linux user, but am still working my
way through sys admin training material - plotting to try to get
certified before the year is out.
Even then, I do see my Senior sys admin positions than jr/mid level. But
I do see no shortage of listings for experienced linux admins.
