[NTLUG:Discuss] Installing MythTV on Win7 64 Bit

I did not get a response on this, so let me just ask if anyone on this
distro has experience with MinGW and/or MSYS on Windows.  I am unsure which
modules I need to install on my MinGW setup for full DVR functionality.
Can anyone assist with this request?
