[NTLUG:Discuss] help on dracut

All,
I have try to upgrade from fedora 14 to 16,  I used yum to do it. After try and error, I finally get "updated", I guess.After # yum distro-syncI did/usr/sbin/grub2-install /dev/hda 
There is a problem.When finished updated. I try reboot the box and got this error:
dracut warning: unable to process initqueuedracut warning: /dev/mapper/gv_hostname_lv-root    does not exist
then dropped into a dracut debug shell.
I did dracut#: ls /dev/mapper, it does not have gv_hostname_lv-root
but when I use rescue disk boot it up, I do see the file  /dev/mapper/gv_hostname_lv-root
Can anyone help?
