[NTLUG:Discuss] OT: Macbook Sarari Upgrade issue

Hi,
Can anyone help with a Macbook issue?
I have a friend who has a MacBook with OSX version 10.8.2. Safari was just
upgraded to 6.0.2 (this is when the issue started) and now safari will not
open some sites. Firefox will not open sites either. I am not in front of
the computer. we are corresponding via email and facebook. I wish i had
more information regarding the issue.
