If they both have IMAP services - you're in...here's how. Use Thunderbird
and add both accounts (make sure you're using IMAP and not POP)....then you
can copy/move/drag-n-drop from one account to the other. Since it sounds
like they'll both be the 'same' email address (and you can't do that at the
same time)....setup a sample/dummy account on the new one...move
everything...then rename/modify new account once you're assured everything
'made the jump'....or, after you've moved DNS records...setup your 'real'
one and repeat the procedure.
