That's a nice title - but it's a bit wordy how about just:

            "Software for work and play"
 
...or...

            "The work and play software expo"

Too many people will read "Space Software" and think it's a NASA thing. 
"User-space" is an overly techy term.

Meh.  Who cares that it's "North Texas Regional"?  We know where it's
being held...so:

             "Software and Systems Expo"
