I second that. ALSO, you might want to emphasize the following, which I have
used with several of my customers:

Given the nasty environment that Windows users live in re: various types
of malware, I have been able to set up several Linux systems with Windows
running as virtual machines. This way the customer can access those 
absolutely necessary apps like QuickBooks on the virtual machine and
do all their web browsing in the relatively safe and much more secure
Linux desktop. For the purists out there, just remember that to a business,
a computer is just a tool and it has to do what the customer wants, when he
wants it to and in today's world, that means running several Windows apps.

Those customers who opted for this solution were having major problems
(and expense) dealing with malware but after implementing this solution
their problems have gone to zero and their bottom line has improved
significantly.
