  Here is a setup guide that I recently used to setup some mail servers.

 It yielded a nice, complete server, with about every feature I can
think of.  Read the description at the top.  It mentions:
  "Uses the web based PostfixAdmin to maintain the database of
administrators, domains, aliases, users, maildirs etc."

 It will allow you to configure it for multiple domain, as you say you
want.
