[NTLUG:Discuss] audacity question

OK ... I got 10 tracks off a CD
    5,6,7,9,10,12,13,14,15,16
and modified them as required (slower playback), when I write them to a 
new CD they become
    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
Now, that's OK, but I should like to have a reference to the originals 
because they relate to a book that refers to them by the original track 
numbers.
How would I add a title to each track that will display in the LCD 
window of a CD player?  And, no, the original doesn't have any titles.

PS:  I have been googling/etc all day on this one and nothing has worked 
so far, so I figure it must be simple and I am just missing it?
