Greetings.

python-usb does not seem to ship as part of the default SuSE 11.0
distro.  At least, Yast does not seem to find it.

Any ideas where to download and install from?  Or especially where to
aim Yast at?  (Google scored lots of hits on SuSE, Python, & USB, but
not anything on how to actually install python-usb, especially onto SuSE
- -- so any links would be really appreciated).
