Anybody know a way to tune Flash (yes, I hear it's evil, does gnu flash 
or whatever the alternative is have more capability?)  I have a slow 
(relatively speaking) high-speed DSL line.  I rarely notice it unless 
I'm trying to view some Flash-based video, I get lots of starts and 
stops.  I haven't found a way to tell Flash to buffer more before 
starting play, is there a way?
