Hi Fred.

Partnership Broadband (http://www.partnershipbroadband.com/) -- formally
DFWAir.net? All they really care is that you have something that can
connect via DHCP, and if their hardware direct connects you to the
netwrork (rather than via NAT), a firewall. I found getting in touch
with them to be a bit rough, but they are pretty reliable about staying
up, and when a problem occurs, no messing around, they do fix it.
Generally, it takes lightening, Shovels, or (DSL only) Verizon or Bell
South unplugging them at the demarcation box (this is not one of "our"
wires in that customer box) to disconnect them. And the first two, they
tend to be working on before you realize that you are offline.

Regards,
Steve
