[NTLUG:Discuss] Is there a simple CD player for SuSE?

Greetings.

Tried SMPlayer myself on SuSE 10.3, after Kaffeine failed on a DVD.
(Added it from the VideoLAN site).  However, "Missing Symbol in
/usr/lib64/libschroedinger-1.0.so" error shut that down.  I have not had
the chance to try for a solution yet.

If you find one, please post here.
