In an effort to install the first of 2 CD for a new wireless router (It was 
raining) there was a power surge and a generator malfunction. I shut it 
down.
In the light of day something had happened on that installation. Its not on 
C drive in a folder and its not on start menu, but it is on add & remove and 
will not allow me to remove it and start over.
I know dumb question but is there a way on CMD as an example to remove it 
with command line of some sort. By way I was in XP when this occured.
PC is working fine, dual boot working as well
