Go to google.com and type in 
cheap web hosting
you will get a plethora of hits,
how about this one from the sponsored links section: http://www.3ix.com/?gclid=CJqR-qLn65QCFRIvxwodzk50-Q
they claim $1/month for 10GB of web space.
Of course I make no claim what so ever as to the reliability of any of these providers
