[NTLUG:Discuss] Running Programs Icon/Window in the Panel - using Compiz

On my previous system, the task/panel bar would show all of the programs
that were running on the system (irrespective of whatever window they were
running in)....then when I'd click on that program running in another
window, Compiz would flip me to that window/program.

On my
current setup, I only see the programs running in the current window...and
have to manually switch windows to see what else is running in them.

Anyone know where this config / toggle is at?
