I'd say output your drawings to PDF. You can use PDF Creator on
Windows: (yes, the website sucks, but the program has worked well for
me)

And then open the PDFs in many things, I use Inkscape. (note: you'll
need 0.46 or newer for PDF support)

I've also run some versions of Visio on Wine. Depending on which
version you have it may work well for you.
