Let me just add that I've used ndiswrapper (with the latest drivers
from Dell) and fwcutter (for updating the card's firmware) and these
have worked just fine for me. My system is Fedora 7 on my Dell Inspiron
1501 laptop. Sometimes I have problems (WiFi not connecting to my AP)
when I boot Linux after using Windows (dual-boot laptop) but a reboot
back into Linux resolves those issues.
