No offense to me, since I'm not well acquainted with the etiquette of email.

So much for my plans to move up to 7.04. I'll hold off until I can install
more RAM. I can say that 6.10 works quite well except for one problem. The
problem is that for each attempt to download and install updates, all goes
well, except for a consistently failed access to one restricted site that
Ubuntu indicates it needs for clearing a dependency. My attempts to follow
directions in Ubuntu Hacks also fails with the message that the website is
inaccessible and may be the fault of a poor Internet connection.
