Getting on the neighbor's Internet connection, with the neighbor's
permission - anybody else you might ask, like maybe the ISP?
I don't like the level of customer service often seen, but this is
almost certainly violating the ISP's AUP. Instead of spending money to
hijack the connection, why not pay for an account and get it honestly?
If the ISP's service is not worth paying for, why is it worth stealing?
Flame me if you must, this just strikes me wrong.
