Here is the download site for the gparted live cd (It is about 50Mb -
pretty small as far as live CD's go).

Be sure to check out the documentation - when you resize and ntfs
partition, XP boots up and warns that you need to run a chkdsk - this is
normal - just follow the prompts.
There are downloads other than the live cd there also - looks like you
should be careful (avoid) using qtparted on the knoppix cd - at least
from this persons experience (A little dated mind you):
