Don Van Slyke as offered to help out in this area again.
Making some signs and helping to direct things I think.

Drinks I believe are being handled by J. Jentink and
Ralph Green (confirm?) That needs to includes
drinks, ice chests, ice and possibly cups??
Need to plan on at least 300 drinks... mixture of
sodas... and probably need to get some bottled
water??
Need a person to pick up the Pizzas (possibly multiple
just because of the amount. I'll probably order
about 50 large pizzas ... all from CiCi's this time.
They are located near Northgate and Beltline.. not
too far away.
So... we need someone to make sure we have plates,
napkins and cups (if not handled by the drink/food
folks).
I can reimburse people for their expenses.... but
probably cannot give them an advance for the
expenditures (possibly with the exception
of drinks if someone wants to get these early
(9am-10am-ish) the day of the event.

Need this. I'll probably bring cash in case we need
to purchase drinks/pizza the day of... I won't be making
the Pizza run.. but will place the call (possibly charging
my card ahead of time).

Oddly enough... we all love each other enough to where
this hasn't been a weak area... cleanup usually has enough
help (if we can just get people to take the leftovers home!).

Again, that's probably Don at this moment.
I believe there is still room for a demo/presenter or two.
Let me know if you are interested.
