[NTLUG:Discuss] PC Hardware Issue

Sounds like a video card issue , seeing video artifacts are most likely
getting to hot , either memory or GPU , overclocking alot in the past and
saw things like that quite often .
First thing I would ask is did this just start and what were you doing or
what have you done at the time it started .
