well, I can't duplicate your problem and I'm using only oo-1.1.2, but it
seems most likely a configuration problem. Have you tried recreating your
~/.openoffice directory or copying the one that works? I notice several
references to ps printing there like ~/.openoffice/user/psprint
I looked at printer settings and mine uses the print driver defaults
(whatever cups has). Also when I do print and check "Print to file" it
pops up a dialog for file name and type, and I choose type "PostScript".
The printed file does have the postscript header in it. Have you tried
printing to the same remote cups queue?
