[NTLUG:Discuss] Invisible File

I have a file on my slackware v. 10.1 linux box that i need to copy to a xp
box. The file is visible when viewing the floppy or flash drive I am copying
to from the linux box but when i take the disk (floppy or flash drive) to
the xp box the file is not visible. Both the flash drive and floppy are
formatted with FAT.

Can someone tell me how to make this file visible to the xp machine?
