[NTLUG:Discuss] wireless pcmcia adapter & Red Hat 9

Guys,
I have an IBM R40 laptop with a pcmcia adapter for a wireless
connection to my local area network. It runs under Windows,
so there is some possibility that I could run it under Linux.

The version of Linux is Red Hat 9 (Shrike). The kernel is
2.4.20-19.4.

The adapter is an Airlink+ AWLC3025

Web site http://acx100.sourceforge.net/matrix.html indicates
that the AWLC3025 uses the TI ACX111 chipset.

When I invoke the Internet Wizard, it presents a list of
PCMCIA adapters, but Airlink is not on the list.

I need some suggestions.
