:)  Just kidding.  Keywords like HTML, CSS, Javascript might help a 
little bit.  I think my main suggestion would be to go to the same 
places that the type of developers you are looking for would go to when 
they look for a job.  IOW, don't limit your searching to Monster and 
HotJobs.

Post messages to local groups like the NTLUG:Jobs, DFWPM, DFWUUG, etc. 
Dice.com is pretty good.  There are a few Open Source oriented job 
search sites.  I can't find the one I was thinking of now.  I think it 
was something like MojoLin?  Sound familiar to anyone?
