[NTLUG:Discuss] KDE Task Bar Disappears - FYI

The other day, the taskbar on my FC3 KDE screen up and disappeared, not 
allowing me access to the menu button or other taskbar apps.

Created a bug notice to kde and got back the following solution - and it 
worked for anyone that might fine the same problem.

What happens is your klipper history file got screwed up somehow. 
Try removing/renaming the history.lst file from your .kde (not sure of exact dir, find .kde -name 'history.lst' should tell)
