My /etc/fstab has:

usbfs    /proc/bus/usb    usbfs  noauto   0 0

I presume that 'Normal' just erases the files where 'Low Level' does a
literal low level reformat of the memory card.  The results would be
identical (unless your memory card was horribly corrupted).
