[NTLUG:Discuss] Has anyone been able to access Samba sharefrom SQL Server Agent?

Ralph:

I created a mapping to y: already. I give it the user name
and password for the share and I can do anything I want on
the share from Windows Explorer.

But, when I set SQL Agent to use the Administrator account
and then tell it to write a backup to y:\pubs.bak, I get
an error that it could not find the path.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
	Neil
