All of the googling I did on this turned up a recommendation to upgrade
yum (which I did, no effect) and libxml2-python. Attempting to upgrade
that file (and all of the libxml2*.rpm's) failed dependencies. I
attempted to upgrade python, again, failed dependencies.

If you can either tell me what it was you did to resolve this issue or
point me in the right direction, I'd GREATLY appreciate it. Would I
force upgrades? No deps? What? If that's it, force the upgrade with
rpm, will yum start to work so I can complete the upgrade from FC1
(which is partially FC3 now) to FC3?

As you can tell, I'm reluctant to just force the rpm upgrades without
knowing what it's going to do to my system. If it doesn't fix the yum
issue and I can't continue the upgrade, I'm concerned I'm just going to
be screwing this box up even more.

I shoulda just stayed with FC1.

Thanks,

Wayne
