Not really. The amount of "real" traffic is not very large. The problem is 
that I simply got lazy because the noise to signal ratio is so high. 
Usually, we have literally hundreds of "SPAM" type pending requests per 
real request. The real requests have been a little more frequent recently 
and I haven't gotten out of my "there are never any real requests so 
don't even look" mode.

At one point in the past, we tried running spamassassin on the incoming 
mail spool. Unfortunately, it did not seem to work very well at the time. 
Maybe it's time to try again.
