I don't think any of them will do it. AFAIK they all use parted or one of
it's derivatives.
Best bet is to buy/borrow a copy of (Norton) Partition Magic. Norton's
version is the same as the last PowerQuest version, but it's being sold at
Fry's - or was last week - at a huge discount, probably to get the Norton
name out there.
You can use PQMagic w/o a windows install, but it's not always clear how
from the instructions.
1) Boot from the CD.
2) If it offers you the option, select Partition Magic and boot directly
into it.
If not, you end up in a DR-DOS command line.
In english\dosmake\disk2 directory is the executable program... just run it
from the DR-DOS command line.
